Tracy Black

Tracy is the deputy-head of our residential property team and has more than 22 years' experience in conveyancing. Tracy has been working in this area since she qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. She has worked locally for a large number of those years having then joined the firm in May 2022.

Tracy has experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property from sale and purchases, to remortgages, transfers of name, lifetime mortgages, and the slightly unusual!
